David Ki Taek Kim
Chief Executive Officer

Founder of Ki Taek and Associates, LLC, the parent company for KTA Mobile. David has over a decade of Information Technology industry experience. Eight of these years were dedicated to data communications design and engineering. He has worked as a project manager for Reach Global Services, an international telecommunications company based in Hong Kong. Prior to Reach Global Services, David was a network architect for Level 3 Communications. His leadership also includes the successful engineering and implementation of Hong Kong's Chek Lap Kok Airport and Oregon State Lottery.

Art Welsh
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Welsh, has twenty five years of taxation and entrepreneurial business accounting experience. He has provided consulting services for venture capitalists including Enterprise Partners in San Diego and the Orange County Tech Coast Angels. Prior to joining the Ki Taek and Associates team, Art, a CPA, maintained a tax and accounting practice in San Deigo for 16 years. He currently has broad executive responsibility for KTA's administration, financial reporting and Internet activities.
